At Universal Recruitment we are focused on providing professional human resource solutions that exceed the expectations of both client and candidate. We do this in the belief that our dedication to finding the right people will always make a positive contribution to our clients' business.

Earning points is simple with FEEL PRIVILEGED. By utilizing our services you earn points for both temporary bookings and permanent placements. We also give you points for referring new clients to our business.

 

Temporary Bookings
For each hour a temporary candidate is booked, you earn one privilege point. Based on a 7.5hour day, for example, in one week you would accumulate 37.5 privilege points.

 

Permanent Placements: $1000 equals 50 privilege points
For each permanent candidate that is successfully placed, you will earn 50 points for every $1000 of the professional fee charged.

 

Referral: each new client referral equals 500 points
We recognise the value of word-of-mouth referrals. For each new client that places a temporary booking or on successful placement of a permanent candidate, you will receive 500 points.

Each month, you will receive a FEEL PRIVILEGED e-statement. This will confirm the points you have accrued for the month, as well as a balance of points remaining.

 

How to Redeem*
When you select your reward from your client login, simply preview our FEEL PRIVILEGED catalogue and see what you can redeem with your points available. Once you have selected your reward, we will follow with a redemption order confirmation and arrange appropriate delivery of your chosen reward
