  2. Universal will then call you to discuss the direction of your job search and gain a solid understanding of your career objectives.
  3. We will then ask you more detailed questions about your employment history, education and courses. In addition we will determine all the positive qualities you have to offer a prospective employer to support your application.
  4. Universal will email you the first draft of your new resume. You may then make any changes you feel are appropriate and return email to our office.
  5. Universal we will then email you a final revised copy and get final approval. We will then mail out your bound resume and e-mail the final version. In addition you may have the resume on disc to make your own changes.
