Feel Privilege Rewards Program

The contents of this issue are subject to the terms and conditions of the FEEL PRIVILEGED rewards program as set out on the Registration Form. Universal Recruitment Solutions will endeavour to ensure the availability of all items except where occasions may arise that will make some unavailable. In such cases, Universal Recruitment Solutions reserves the right, in its discretion, to discontinue an item or subscribe to a similar reward of equal value. Program members will be advised of any changes to the reward product offering at the time of redemption. Rewards contained in this version will be available until the next issue, unless otherwise stated.

All invoices must be settled in full, in order for privilege points to be allocated to a customer account. Full points are earned only when full standard fees are charged for Temporary assignments and Permanent placements.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Rewards will not be delivered outside Australia. Rewards will be delivered by a Universal Recruitment Solutions representative or by Australia Post, within 28 working days, to the delivery address provided at the time of reward redemption. Items placed on back order may take longer to deliver. Delivery will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and deliveries must be signed for.

RETURN POLICY
As a rule goods and services are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind or otherwise unless required by law. Only damaged or defective rewards reported within 7 days of receipt will be considered by Universal Recruitment Solutions to co-ordinate exchange or return. Outside this 7 day period, program members will be required to contact the privilege selection partners or manufacturers directly. Keep all original packing slips, and reward in its original packing condition and make a note of the problem on the receipt slip. Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for cash. Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item, Universal Recruitment Solutions will assess the members claim, and if found to be valid, a replacement item will be forwarded to the address provided within 28 days. Alternatively, the member account will be credited with the number of points for which the reward was redeemed.

COMPLIMENTARY PRIVILEGE POINTS
Upon initial registration with the FEELPRIVILEGED rewards program the referring client will be eligible for an introductory offer of 500 Complimentary Privilege Points. The referring client will not be allocated the Complimentary Privilege Points until such time as Universal Recruitment Solutions has successfully placed and invoiced either a Temporary booking or a Permanent assignment from the referred client.

PRIVILEGE SELECTION PARTNERS
NEWSPAPER SUBSCRIPTIONS– Subscriptions to The Australian Financial Review and the Weekend Financial Review are for 12 months. Home delivery is only available in VIC, ACT and NSW where home delivery exists. The newspapers are published by John Fairfax Publications LTD ABN 33 003 357 720.
